Here's what I've got in /usr/share/doc/vim:

$ dpkg -S usr/share/doc/vim/
dpkg: *usr/share/doc/vim/* not found.

Apparently these files got orphaned by a previous version of Vim, but were
never cleaned up.

I've been running unstable steadily for a long time, so it was probably one
of the revisions of Vim formerly in unstable.
