Package: vim-gui-common
Version: 1:7.0-017+7
Followup-For: Bug #370082

In the new version of the vim packages, only one buffer appears when
opening a file: URL. However, the result is still quite unsatisfactory: Now
it seems vim thinks it needs to look for a file in the directory called
"file:///the/path/", instead of a directory called "/the/path/".

So, if I type:

  vim file:///tmp/test.txt

I get:

  "file:///tmp/test.txt" [New DIRECTORY]

in the status line, and if I try to write the file, I get:

  "file:///tmp/test.txt" E212: Can't open file for writing
