oh yes it is:

  \([0-9][a-z0-9+-.]*[a-z+-.][a-z0-9+-.]*\|[a-z][a-z0-9+-.]\+\)

should do it. but I reckon it's pervert, and agree it's beyond syntax 
highligthing scope.
