When opening html file, vim gives me this warning.

 E475: Invalid argument: cssIdentifier "#[A-Za-z性濱][A-Za-z性悪9_ at -]*"
 Hit ENTER or type command to continue

This is fixed in syntax/css.vim's upstream.
Diff is attached, please apply it.
