patch for make.vim

[James Vega]

Attached is a patch for the make syntax highlighting in Vim.  It has
been applied in the Debian package of Vim.

The patch ensures that Make's conditionals are only highlighted when
they are prefixed by spaces instead of any whitespace.

Could you consider adding this the official release of make.vim so Bram
can include it in the upcoming vim 7 release?
