Work on packaging vim7 for unstable

I've just finished merging the work that's been done on the vim7 branch
back onto the trunk. I've also updated the patch retrieval tool and
committed the first patch update to vim7 (wow that was quick).

Stefano and I discussed the vimcurrent symlink via IRC yesterday and
have agreed that it is no longer necessary since we are setting
'runtimepath' where it shouldn't be affected by the user. He'll be
working on reverting those changes which will fix #366504.

Once that's done, we should be about ready to perform an upload to
unstable. As Nobse pointed out in his blog, our users are eagerly
awaiting the new package.

Happy hacking,

James
