Summary of an irc discussion between me and James about spell files
handling.

Actions
-------

1) we split a separate (source) package vim-spellfiles which build
depends on vim, aap, unzip, and locales
2) we basically move to that packages the stuff did by James in the vim
   package to generate spell files
3) vim-spellfiles generates several vim-spellfiles-XX (binary) packages,
one for each language supported (28). All these pacakges will be
  Architecture: all

Discussion
----------

I understand this can induce a bloat in the archive, but each spell
package will have size ranging from 1 Mb to 3 Mb: we can't make a single
package for all of them. Not distributing them may be a problem for our
users, since generating them requires quite a lot of
computational/memory resources. I therefore like this solution.

I will commit in /trunk/data/... the results of the generation I'm
actually carrying on so that we can "fake" their generation in the first
upload of the packages (after 40 minutes I'm still at hu_HU ...).

James is willing to work on the new set of packages (solution that I
like, since he first worked on this stuff :-)), but as I understood he
wont mind if someone else step forward. I wont, since my vim time in the
near future will be devoted to the addon stuff and to a new edition of
the vim policy.

Cheers.
