I don't have the password of our alioth mailing list, who does?

Can we please set the options suggested below?

Subject: Another option to reconfigure to avoid rejection on Alioth mailing lists.

Dear all,

In addition to "generic_nonmember_action" and
"require_explicit_destination" (in "Privacy options... / Sender filters"
and "Privacy options... / Recipient filters" respectively), I realised
today that there is another filter wich is on by default and can subject
mails to moderation on the mailing list hosted on Alioth, which are
increasingly being used a "Maintainer:" of packages.

At the bottom of the "General Options", there is "max_message_size",
which defaults to 40 kb. In my case, it sent a bug report with attached
files to the moderation queue, which is not good. Setting the value to
zero disables the filter.

Hope this helps,
