Bug#395413: vim-full: Infinite loop when setting foldnestmax to -1 with foldmethod syntax

Hi,

Well, the subject pretty much says it all, if you start vim, set foldmethod
to syntax and then set foldnestmax to -1, vim freezes and the CPU goes to
100%. Happens both in vim and gvim, and is probably related to #367566.
