Bug#434903: vim-latexsuite: Should depend on vim-addon-manager

Vim-addon-manager is needed to enable vim-latexsuite. It would be
nice to mention in the documentation that it is possible to
use vim-addons to install vim-latexsuite on a per-user basis.
