Bug#421039: not supposed to be enabled by default

/usr/share/vim/addons/ is soon to be removed by the vim runtime path
(next vim upload, see the new vim policy [1]). Hence none of the
vim-latexsuite will be enabled per default, including the automatic
indentation.  This bug is hence bogus.

The new mechanism for enabling addon is to use vim-addons, which will
bring into the vim runtimepath all of the vim latexsuite, including the
indentation definitions.
