The plugin automatically does this when loaded. It'd be possible to
tear the documentation out of the plugin and install it on our own.
That probably should be done anyway for those that don't symlink the
plugin into their home directory as Vim won't be able to write out the
documentation to /usr/share.
I'll take a look at having that automatically done when the package is
built.
