Could you test Vim's dav support in netrw to see if this is still a
problem?  According to upstream, netrw treats cadaver similar to ftp as
that is what the cadaver documentation suggests is correct.  If this is
the case, we should be able to close the bug.  If not, would you have a
WebDAV upstream would be able to use in order to test cadaver
compatibility?
