Bug#474980: [vim-runtime] Netrw explorer shows files as symlinks under a symlinked directory

Package: vim-runtime
Version: 1:7.1.285-1
Severity: normal

Vim's netrw explorer shows all files as symlinks if the current path
contains symlinked directory parts. This is quite confusing. Steps to
reproduce:

  $ mkdir directory
  $ touch directory/file
  $ ln -s directory link
  $ vim .

Netrw displays:

  directory/
  link/

Browse to directory/ and there is:

  file

Browse to link/ and there is:

  file@
