Bug#487221: use http by default with spellfile.vim

Package: vim
Version: 1:7.1.314-3
Severity: minor

Hi,
by default when a spell file isn't found vim will try to download it via
ftp as per spellfile.vim, this usually fails because netrw defaults to
using the command "ftp" which I cannot found in any package (ok,
changing this default should be a separate bug, I'll open if needed).

I'd like to have the default g:spellfile_URL point to http as netrw will
use curl/wget/fetch with higher chance of success, besides FTP must die :)

thanks,
filippo
