Hello! Seems like fetching debian bts attachment urls with vim has
stopped working... 

Command:
vim 'http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?msg=10;filename=nmu.diff;att=1;bug=484881'

Output:

Notice that both the url string is inside '' and the semicolons are escaped....
