Currently, I'm pretty much the only active Vim maintainer and I don't
really have time to pick up another package.  I understand the
motivation for filing this bug against Vim but it'd be better as a
Request For Package[0] and packaged separately like vimhelp-fr (which is
sadly quite outdated).
