Bram didn't accept the patch for emitting an error when 'equalprg' is
unset and Vim isn't built with +cindent. Instead he has changed the
documentation to indicate the behavior of using ‘indent’ as a last
resort. I think the updated documentation plus a “Suggests: indent”
(Recommends seems too strong to me) is sufficient for closing this bug
in the next upload.
