At this point, I would say that we cannot.  The point of vim-tiny is
purely to provide a vi-compatible editor for the base install and within
the size constraints imposed thereof.

If you want a vim command you'll need to install a more featureful vim
package.  Similarly, when you want some other command X, you need to
install package X.  In most cases, if you are typing “vim” you aren't
going to want what vim-tiny provides anyway.
