Bug#444288: subcitation not properly exempt from spellchecking

Charles,
As described below, \citep inside of a \citet is recognized as a
texMatcher region so spell checking is performed. Would it be possible
to recognize such nested commands such that the non-nested syntax
highlighting is used?
