Bug#624688: vim-gui-common: Drop path and file extension for Icon in gvim.desktop

Hi,

this was originally filed in Ubuntu as bug #740842 [1].
To allow theming of the icon, the desktop file shouldn't contain an
absolute path name (and also no file extension).
