pyclewn packaging

Hello,

I have submitted an ITP for packaging pyclewn.

Now, awaiting reply from debian-devel. Meanwhile, I
wanted to know a couple of things. I tried making it
a package using py2dsc. I have gone through vim-plugin
packaging guidelines. Are there any special guidelines
to be followed for packaging python based vim plugins/addons?
