Dear vim-scripts maintainer,

Please include the "solarized" colorscheme in vim-scripts.

Solarized is a *very* popular colorscheme. And it is available for many
editors, including vim:

  https://github.com/altercation/vim-colors-solarized

It would be nice to have it packaged.
