Package: vim
Version: 2:7.4.000-1+b1
Severity: important

Procedure for reproducing segmentation fault is following.

  $ export LANG=ja_JP.UTF-8
  $ export LC_MESSAGES=C
  $ printf "%80s" "" > /tmp/a.rb   ## just create a .rb suffix file,
                                   ## which contains 80 spaces, in 1 line
  $ sha1sum /tmp/a.rb
  ba2555be6600ef18ab04bfb2406f75313eedeab3  /tmp/a.rb
  $ vim -u NORC -U NORC -c "syntax on" -N /tmp/a.rb

Without -c "syntax on", vim run correctly.
