Update to more recent version to include break indent patch

As of June 25th 2014, Bram finally included the breakindent patch into VIM mainline. See https://retracile.net/blog/2014/07/18/18.00 for more info. Please update this package to a more recent version, so subscribers can make use of this long awaited improvement.
