It'd be nice if you could include the following in /etc/vim/vimrc

It hugely improves discoverability in vim and thus helps new (and advanced)
user to find what they are looking for or find new things. It's unset above but
even if set it doesn't harm vim-tiny, so it's useful for both -tiny and -full/normal.
