Packaging new addon

Hi again,

so I built a package for vim-lastplace addon. (
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=825665 )

But now I am not sure if it is appreciated to have an extra package for
such a small addon. For me of course it would be nice to have a small
easy package to start as maintainer, but the user it would probably be
better to include it into vim-scripts. I don't know. What do you think?

Also is someone from the PkgVim team willing to sponsor this package for
me or should I just ask on mentors mailing list?
