Bug#837722: vim: Debian sid vim8 should compile with Python2 support

Package: vim
Version: 2:8.0.0003-1
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

It seems with the most recent vim8.0 package, the support of Python2 is not enabled
when compiling. This makes several vim plugins I am using broken, including power-
line and YouCompleteMe. It is strange to see that Python2 support is dropped.
