vim-addon-manager git repo

Hi there.

What do you think about moving vim-addon-manager packaging repo to
salsa, since it is already team maintained?

This way I could add smaller changes like [0] to make the package
lintian clean myself.

Also we would have everything in one place.

I know, in the long term you want to replace v-a-m, but this is probably
not going to happen within the next few weeks. :)
