Bug#892178: vim: doesn't understand more than 1 nested list in the markdown highligter

In a list like:

The third level (the one with the link) doesn't:
1) get properly highlighted as a list item (i.e. the '-' sign is not
   coloured)
2) the content of that line is not highlighted at all (i.e. it's all
   blank)
