[Pkg-virtualbox-devel] new upload?

Am I allowed to do a upload of virtualbox with the fixes which we have done 
so far?
 this is:
	- changed Standards-Version to 3.7.3
	- Modified build system a bit
	- fixed init-script
	- use dh_link

Here are some things which are still missing. (in brackets the persons who 
volunteer to work on it).
If someone like to work on an issue please add himself into the brackets in 
a reply... and if there are issues I do not list here feel free to add 
them here. (and add your name in brackets ;-))
	- use dh_install /dh_movefiles for installing files (winnie)
	- contact upstream if some things are already fixed in svn, if yes 
backport the fix to 1.5.2 
	- ...
