I can definitely accept that you didn't have the time to debug it. But
sending a short info to this list doesn't require more than a few
seconds. Actually it would suffice if you'd simply give us a copy of
l-m-e -4 so we can debug ourselves. On my system m-1 successfully
creates a package, so there is nothing I can do.
