[Pkg-virtualbox-devel] Replaces: missing in built modules package?

This would exactly be my reasoning. The package was in the archive for
just a few days before being renamed and never made it out of sid. Also
thsi problem will disappear as soon as you install a new kernel. IMO
it's not worth the hassle.
