[Pkg-virtualbox-devel] Bug#440904: When virtualbox is running, ksoftirqd takes 20% proc

Hi Frank !

Sorry for the late reply, I did not see your request because on
Debian BTS, only bug owners are automatically subscribed to a
bug. Reporters are not.

I am using vanilla Debian kernel. I have upgraded to the latest
in Sid and still have the problem. I attach the config file to
this message.

Here is the top of dmesg:
