Login into the remote site with ssh, open a screen, start VBoxVRDP from that
screen session and then connect with rdesktop to that remote session.

Hmm yes, this is only possible with the non-free version (builtin VRDP
server), but free of charge for personal use.

But what about vnc/xvnc?
