imho it's incomplete - due to the nature how dependencies are handled,
m-a thinks that if /any/ version of virtualbox-ose is installed, the
correct package here would be the newest available version, which is not
necessarily what you have on your system.

however, this is not really fixable in m-a i think, but the manpage
could probably more clear about it.
