If a suspended machine uses a CD image that no longer exists, vbox fails
with:

| The virtual machine could not be started because the DVD image
| '<filename.iso>' which is attached to it could not be found or
| could not be opened. Please detach the image and try again.

The catch is, vbox provides no way to eject the CD on a suspended machine
(you can do this on a powered off one).
