relax,take it easy.
it still doesn't auto-modprobe itself on startup plus it gives this
message when trying to start a VM:

The VirtualBox Linux kernel driver (vboxdrv) is either not loaded or
there is a permission problem with /dev/vboxdrv. Re-setup the kernel
            module by executing

    '/etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup'

as root. Users of Ubuntu, Fedora or Mandriva should install the
DKMS package first. This package keeps track of Linux kernel changes and
recompiles the vboxdrv kernel module if necessary.

which ofcourse is wrong as no such file exists(guess that is a
virtualbox error?)

trying as a guess with the virtualbox-ose file(correct me if wrong),
  sudo /etc/init.d/virtualbox-ose setup
  Stopping VirtualBox kernel module...done.
Removing old VirtualBox netflt kernel module...done.
  Removing old VirtualBox kernel module...done.
  Recompiling VirtualBox kernel module...failed.

sorry if I have offended you, sorry if this is not the right way of
contacting you as I am not to familiar with the debian bug system
