hi,
there is a typo which prevents vboxwebsrv from starting. In 2.2.2-dfsg-2 as well as in 2.1.4-dfsg-1 there is a symlink from /usr/bin/vboxwebsrv to ../share/virtualbox/VBox.sh which distinguishes the specified command by an case selection. it selects for vboxwebserv and also calls it. which is both false. after fixing it both to vboxwebsrv the webserver seems to work.

i hope its ok this way - i didn't want to open a bug report.
