[Pkg-virtualbox-devel] Bug#530299: Install the HAL driver description for vboxmouse

Currently the VirtualBox guest utilities don't auto-detect
the mouse driver, so the user has to call x11conig.pl or
manually edit /etc/X11/xorg.conf

Proposed solution:
Upstream provides a HAL fdi file which should be installed
(patch attached).
