Yes, Felix is right about the testcase.

After all, you would have to purge virtualbox-ose and then install it
again to fix this (thinking as a user).


And yes, I've forgotten to adjust the following files:
./virtualbox-ose.install
./patches/09-initscript.dpatch

..and the submittodebian script apparently does not handle removed files
(probably).
