Starting a 64 bit guest on an AMD 64 host, which does have AMD-V hardware
support produces an alert which suggests that VT-x/AMD-V support should be
enabled in the BIOS, however the message can also be caused by having the kvm-
amd module loaded.  Updating the message to add 'or unload module kvm_amd if
this is loaded' would allow people who encounter this to resolve it faster.
