Hi,

Mike Palmer's message to bug 563073 contains the fix for my problem:

1. dpkg -purge virtualbox-ose-dkms
2. rm -rf /lib/modules/2.6.32-trunk-amd64/updates/dkms
3. apt-get install virtualbox-ose-dkms
