on lenny/amd64 i successfully:

1. compiled the virtualbox-ose 3.2.8-dfsg-2 source package
2. installed the resulting virtualbox-ose{,-qt,-source}
3. compiled the installed module source against 2.6.32.21
4. installed the resulting virtualbox-ose-modules-2.6.32.21
5. ran virtualbox

thanks for packaging virtualbox and maintaining portability with lenny (as
easy as "X11_BACKPORT = lenny")!
