so backport kbuild.

i've backported virtualbox and kbuild for lucid and the required change for
kbuild is relatively simplistic [1], at least for lucid.

and yes, my effort is totally unnecessary as felix backports them for lucid
[2], but i got in the habit of doing it previously for lenny & hardy and i
like the mental/packaging exercise.
