Thank you for your answer ... but unfortunately this doesn't solved this issue.

I have vboxdrv on my system
# find / -iname vboxdrv
/usr/src/virtualbox-4.1.2/vboxdrv
/var/lib/dkms/virtualbox/4.1.2/build/vboxdrv

But still same message when I trying start OS in VB.
Please install the virtualbox-dkms package and execute 'modprobe vboxdrv' as root.

And same error when trying modprobe
# modprobe vboxdrv
FATAL: Module vboxdrv not found.

Any other suggestion?
