I did. One seems to be abandoned, the other project has a different focus.

Debian already provides init scripts within the virtualbox package. So I 
started to replace these, to avoid duplication.


I just like to state, that I updated my init scripts [0] including:
- virtualbox-websrv
- virtualbox-guests (guest life cycle support including conditional 
start for simple cluster check)
- virtualbox-drv (original script provides modules)

In addtion I created an updated backport package for private purposes 
(vbox 4.0.16 with all of the above included [1])
