I've now taken the patch from
https://forums.virtualbox.org/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=59537#p296925 ,
adjusted the paths and put it into debian/patches.

The module compiles, and VirtualBox starts and runs the only VM I
have.

Attached as a debdiff.
