[Pkg-virtualbox-devel] Bug#826303: virtualbox-dkms: Installation unsuccesfull

When I start virtualbox, I get

WARNING: The character device /dev/vboxdrv does not exist.
	 Please install the virtualbox-dkms package and the appropriate
	 headers, most likely linux-headers-amd64.

The package is actually installed, but the following message was issued:

Setting up virtualbox-dkms (5.0.20-dfsg-2) ...
Loading new virtualbox-5.0.20 DKMS files...
First Installation: checking all kernels...
Building only for 4.1.0-1-amd64
Module build for the currently running kernel was skipped since the
kernel headers for this kernel do not seem to be installed.

But, as you can see, I'm running 4.1.0-1-amd64...

So what is the problem?
