[Pkg-virtualbox-devel] buggie installing under proxy

version: testing
arch: amd64
package: virtualbox-ext-pack
pkgversion: any

on preinst script cant load bash proxy settings
proxy settings is set in ~/.bashrc in all users and
bash_completion.d/proxyenv.sh
wget works fine in bash
when load "dpkg --configure virtualbox-ext-pack" proxy settings is not
present
the bug likes to "guest additions iso configure" in wheezy - jessie
but in this time ext pack freezze the config secuence... im using synaptic
and crash de upgrade and lock de dpkg
in console on <ctrl>+<c> stop all dpkg/apt-get process
